::: The Easton Ellises :::

TEE to the power of 4!

For those who saw our last couple performances, you probably noticed that we are now 4 guys on stage instead of 2. That’s because the Easton Ellises are now a 4 man band. And God knows how hard it is to find the right people to join a long-time project.  Fortunately, we’ve found the right ones. So, to start 2013 on a positive note, I thought it would be the perfect moment to present you the new members.

The first new member to join the band is Luke, our bass man. He often came to see us play live when we first started the band, as he was already a fan of the Easton Ellises, you can imagine that it wasn’t a hard sell to get him on board!   For a long time, Simon & I wanted to replace the sequenced bass by a real one for our live shows and the difference on stage is solid with a sexier groove at a fat tone.

The 4th member to join the troops is Gerald, a long-time friend with whom we made some music years ago. Gerald is a very talented guitarist who can do things I can’t do when I  sing and play guitar on stage.  He does parts I can’t even  do even without having to sing!

Our last show at le National confirmed that we had a winning formula…and just like Simon & I, they love music, wine & women!

A photo-shoot is scheduled mid-February for the new official band portrait. Here’s a home made teaser.  To be continued…
